Be A Volunteer
for the 9th Annual Otsego Festival
Our Festival could not take place without the enthusiasm and willingness of volunteers that come out each year. Thank you for indicating an interest in volunteering. This letter is your opportunity to get involved with this community festival. Each shift would be approximately 2 hours or more if you’re able and willing.
- Set-up – Friday September 17h starting at noon. Which consists of marking booth spaces, placing signs, setting up gazebos, tables & chairs, help setting up car show.
- Vendor Check - In – Direct vendors to their spaces and assist with any issues that may arise.
- Parking – Help direct patrons and vendors to the designated parking areas.
- Clean up – Help keep the park clean during the festival.
- Tear Down – Help Otsego Festival Committee to ensure the Prairie Park is cleaned up after the Festival.
- Pony rides - Help sell tickets for the Pony Ride
- Car Show -Varied tasks.
- Wherever needed - Help where there is the most need. Varied tasks.
